Jerry Costanzo and his 10 Piece Band will play your favorite jazz tunes at the free senior program at North Hempstead Beach Park in Port Washington. Seniors can enjoy mindfulness coloring, line dancing, Zumba or mah-jongg at 10 a.m., yoga at 11:30 a.m. and tai chi at 12:30 p.m., and purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at the farmers market after 11 a.m. Free transportation is available at various locations; 516-869-6311.
