I write in the endorsement of David Kirsch for justice of the Village of Great Neck. I have had the pleasure of knowing David for more than 15 years. David and I started our legal careers as Assistant District Attorneys in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where he stood out among his peers for his outstanding ability to connect with people and garnered respect for his hard work ethic. I have also discussed legal issues as fellow defense attorneys and have always been impressed with his immense knowledge of the criminal justice system.
As a colleague and a friend, I have observed David to be compassionate and empathetic to various communities including the Asian community and other minority communities.
