Beatles expert and lecturer Scott Freiman will present a four-part film series, Deconstructing The Beatles, through the Gold Coast International Film Festival (GCIFF) that begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Bow Tie Squire Cinemas, 115 Middle Neck Rd. In commemoration of Holocaust Remembrance Day, in partnership with Sephardic Heritage Alliance Inc. and the Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center of Nassau County, the Gold Coast Arts Center and the Museum of Jewish Heritage will present a special family screening of the HBO documentary The Number on Great-Grandpa’s Arm, a short family film that introduces Holocaust history, followed by a conversation with Holocaust survivor Irving Roth at 11 a.m. at the Bow Tie Squire Cinemas, 115 Middle Neck Rd.
