The members of Troop 10 of Great Neck spent a recent Saturday morning painting the all-purpose room of the North Shore Presbyterian Church as a thank you to the church for allowing them to meet and store gear there. With rollers and brushes, nine scouts and their parents covered the walls of a larger than 1,500-square-foot room in pleasing baby blue and painted the trim and baseboard covers white. After painting, the Scouts cleaned up the room, which looked great.
