Does Judaism believe in the afterlife? Join Temple Isaiah as it presents a virtual program on this fascinating and often misunderstood subject.

Rabbi Simcha Rafael, Founding Director of the DA’AT Institute for Death Awareness, is the author of numerous publications on death and the afterlife, including the groundbreaking Jewish Views of the Afterlife. For more than 30 years his work has focused on death awareness education and bereavement counseling. The program will explore Judaism’s teachings on life after death, particularly in Kabbalah—Jewish mysticism, through discussion, story-telling and study of mystical texts.

The program will be available on Zoom on Tuesday, April 27, at 7:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend and there is no charge, but you must RSVP to isaiahgn@yahoo.com to receive the Zoom link. For additional information about this or other Temple Isaiah programs, call the Temple office at 516-487-5373.
