PCHP has been in the district for over 40 years and NCJW has supported it since its inception. PCHP, for eligible 16-month- to three-year-olds and their parents/grandparents, is based at the Cumberland Avenue Center. Research shows that early-childhood programs such as PCHP contribute positively to children’s performance in school.
