The children were taught the significance of the different colors of fruits and vegetables, and discussed how important it is to “eat the rainbow.” During the workshop the children learned how to make healthy vegetable and fruit shakes as well as fruit muffins, create edible flowers and plant charts, and enjoyed a salad bar.
