
A 23-year-old Great Neck man was arrested for two incidents of public lewdness that occurred on Friday, May 31, in Kings Point, according to Nassau County Police Department Third Squad detectives.
Detectives report that George Husbands, who lives in an apartment on Middle Neck Road, allegedly drove up to a 48-year-old woman on Kings Point Road near Georgian Lane at 10:12 a.m., asked her for directions and exposed himself. She walked away and contacted police.
At 10:30 a.m., Husbands allegedly drove up to a 35-year-old woman on Kings Point Road, asking for directions while exposing himself. She also walked away and contacted police.
A subsequent investigation by detectives led them to the identity and location of Husbands, who was placed under arrest at his home without incident.
Husbands is charged with two counts of public lewdness. He will be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on June 7.
