Philips International recently announced that Regions Bank and FlexTrade have signed lease renewals at The Towers at 111 Great Neck Rd. in Great Neck. The Towers is one of the most prestigious office buildings in Great Neck.
“We have continued to see strong demand for our Long Island suburban office properties, including larger office lease renewals from companies like FlexTrade and Regions Bank that need high end office space that is centrally located with convenient and quick access to transportation to Manhattan,” Philip Pilevsky, Chairman and CEO of Philips International, said.
Regions Bank signed a lease renewal for 11,000-square-feet of office space on the fifth floor at the property. Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, the Fortune 500 company was founded in 1971 and operates 1,952 ATMs and 1,454 banking offices nationwide.

FlexTrade signed a lease renewal for 20,000-square-feet on the third floor. FlexTrade Systems is a global leader in high performance multi-asset execution management and order management systems for equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, futures and options.
