A new fitness/spa/salon studio has opened in Great Neck at 550 Northern Blvd. Offering services unique to Long Island, treatments include Fascia Blasting, which are one-on-one 60-minute sessions that help eliminate cellulite, aid in muscle recovery and promote healthy blood-flow. In addition to TRX, Barre, Reformer Pilates, yoga and self-defense classes, Silent Spin riders get their own personal Bluetooth headset, so they can adjust the volume and instruction to their liking. Himalayan salt saunas, massages and a full-service salon are also available, so clients can leave relaxed or with a blow out. Each class costs $22 but, with the intro pack, 10 classes cost $125.
