The Ahavat Shalom Synagogue Men’s Committee will present its 27th series of health and educational programs on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 8 p.m. with the lecture Allergies in Children & Adults: How to Identify and Treat.
The program will be led by Dr. Sherry Farzan Ahdout, assistant professor of medicine and pediatrics at Hofstra–North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine, in the division of allergy and immunology, and a graduate of Yale and Harvard Medical Schools.
Light refreshments will be served at 7:30 p.m. at Ahavat Shalom Synagogue, 130 Cutter Mill Rd.
