The Great Neck Alert Fire Company held the installation of the 2016 officers of the Great Neck Alert Junior Firefighters (from left): Captain Ryan Motchkavitz, First Lieutenant David Oginski, Second Lieutenant Nicholas Rietbroek, Recording Secretary Charlie Judson and Financial Secretary Natasha Castro. The Junior Firefighters program is for young adults between ages 12 and 17. They meet twice a month and receive training in first aid, CPR, fire safety and participate in other firefighting drills and activities.
