Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration At Great Neck House


MidAutumnFestival_091416.AJoin the Great Neck Chinese Association (GNCA) for a fun-filled afternoon to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival at Great Neck House on Sunday, Sept. 18, from 3 to 5 p.m.

Activities will include the award-winning shadow puppet show Tiger Tales by Chinese Theatre Works from 4 to 4:30 p.m.; storytelling and tasting of authentic Moon Cakes from 3 to 4 p.m.; art and crafts, such as making origami and Chinese paper lanterns, from 3 to 5 p.m.; learning about Mid-Autumn Festival history and traditions, retelling of timeless Chinese legends and more.
